Manufacturing Supervisor

- Responsible for overall operational performance for 2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday 2:30- 1:30 AM currently).
- Lead all manufacturing and support teams to achieve a safe work environment in accordance with the objectives of safety, quality, cost and efficiency.
- Coordinate manufacturing schedules and priorities within the production plan to satisfy customer requirements.
- Responsible for people management including: people resources, goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well being
- Facilitate problem-solving and corrective action for production and quality issues.
- Adherence with all Schneider safety protocols and procedures. Ensures a safety focused attitude by all associates.
- Identifying, driving, and implementing continuous improvement opportunities within the group.
- Initiates and maintains plant requirements to all mandatory environmental and 5S requirements
- Leading appropriate SIM (short interval management) cycles within the Schneider Production System.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Degree preferred, not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education.
- Experience within manufacturing or possess a mechanical aptitude
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, results driven, ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Experienced in problem resolution
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and continuous improvement
- Have a strong initiative to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- SAP experience preferred
