This is a remote position.

The Marketing Assistant Specialist is responsible for supporting the Disposition Team especially the Marketing Specialist in executing and monitoring marketing campaigns managing content and coordinating daytoday marketing operations. This role plays a vital part in driving brand awareness generating leads and maintaining the companys online presence through various digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Disposition Team in creating scheduling and posting social media content.
Help with email marketing campaigns including drafting content and analyzing results.
Assist in creating marketing materials such as property listings flyers and presentations.
Maintain and update marketing databases tracking campaign results.
Keep digital assets organized and uptodate.
Create virtual property tours such as reels to attract potential buyers.
Help with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

Requirements Qualifications:
Proven experience in a marketing support role or similar position preferably in real estate or property disposition
Familiarity with digital marketing tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills especially in marketing property listings
Basic graphic design and video editing skills and experience with Canva Photoshop or other design tools
Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce Podio) is an advantage
Highly organized detailoriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
