Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

  • Administer medications as per physician orders
  • Provide specialized treatments including nutrition via feeding tube, tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilation support, and seizure assessment and treatment

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

  • Hold a current and active Florida LPN license
  • Possess a current BLS CPR card obtained in-person
  • Experience with G-tubes, trachs, vents, or willingness to undergo training
  • Recent TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
  • Complete Alzheimer's training as required
