We areSystems, LLCa leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment.Wecontinue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.

* Weld and assemble different pieces by using hand held welding equipment such as hand tools, clamps,jigs, and fixtures; utilize different materials (plate steel, sheet steel, structural steel, and tubing)
* Prepare and complete work on materials by welding, cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal
* Test and inspect welded components to ensure they meet set specifications before moving to the nextdepartment
* Work from different specifications and shop orders
* Utilize ruler, square, templates, and gauges to take and read measurements
* Operate cranes, hoists, and lift tables
* Report damages on machines and equipment; maintain equipment in a condition that does not
compromise safety
* Report all unsafe conditions to management
* Monitor/control the robotic welding process
* Operate robotic welding equipment to perform welding tasks
* Perform visual inspection of weld quality
* Program robotic welding systems
* Provide work reports/feedback to supervisors or engineering teams
* Set up/prepare robotic welding equipment for operation
* Troubleshoot/resolve and recover from potential technical issues that may arise
* Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
* Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across
their teams.
* Protect Chamberlain Group‘s and Systems‘ reputation by keeping information confidential.
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading
professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
* Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
