Physical Demands : The work is primarily sedentary with no special physical demands required to perform the work. Major Duties : Responsible for assisting in planning and organizing studies, estimating costs, coordinating with staff and management personnel, and conducting all phases of projects. Informs supervisor of potentially controversial findings, issues, or problems with minimal to widespread impact. Completes work products, projects, evaluations, reports and recommendations that are compatible with organizational goals, guidelines, and effectiveness in achieving intended objectives. Comprehends data requirements and translates information requests into useful data and reporting products for use by internal and external audiences. Works tactfully and diplomatically with representatives and employees of the Federal government and industry at all operating and managerial levels. Adheres to special considerations concerning personal or other confidential information, or information covered by the Privacy Act of 1974 while writing, reviewing, and editing correspondence. Executes correspondence and routing of all correspondence through the approval process prior to the official response leaving the TAC. Coordinates activity efforts, resolving complex issues and requirements and providing recommended responses to taskings from higher headquarters and external inquiries. Collaborates with SMEs and managers on organizational/program topics to influence acceptance of new procedures or tasks and conducts research or fact-finding to present solutions to complex administrative issues. Participates/holds a role responsible for TAC Operations Service functions to include: issuance of USAccess Cards, planning for execution of the recurring New Employee Orientation program, and responsibility for collecting/developing responses to official taskers.
