OSPTA Hospice is currently looking for a
Full-time Licensed Registered Nurse to care for hospice patients in Uniontown and nearby areas.

Job Description:
-
1 year of RN experience necessary

  • Preferably have
    Hospice experience
  • Available for
    Oncall backup as needed
  • Must be willing to
    travel in all weather conditions
  • Proficient in
    computer and technology skills
  • Strong
    organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to work both
    independently and in a multidisciplinary team
  • Active patient contact in the past three years preferable

RN Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate of an approved RN program
  • Licensed to practice in the state of work
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good health and high energy level
  • Committed to delivering excellent patient care and customer service

Essential Functions:

  • Regularly assess and reassess nursing needs
  • Provide dietary counseling
  • Offer nursing services, treatments, and preventive procedures
  • Supervise and guide other nursing staff
  • Develop and reevaluate patient/family care plans
  • Maintain necessary records

Certifications, Testings, and Clearances:

  • Must have
    Healthcare provider CPR certification
  • Pass preemployment criminal background check
  • Physical PPD screening
  • Valid Driver's License and Automotive Insurance
