Pro Staff is hiring in Faribault, MN Join our team with this temp-to-hire opportunity as a Supply Planner. Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • 7 years of work experience in logistics, marketing, or sales.
  • The ability to communicate & negotiate effectively with suppliers.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to perform detailed data analysis.

1st Shift | 8 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday | $19 - 21.50 per hour

Essential Functions:

  • Optimize physical inventory assets using automated planning software and the ERP system.
  • Improve inventory turnover while maintaining high customer service levels.
  • Analyze and update supplier lead times to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Educate suppliers on company requirements for on-time delivery.
  • Track and report key performance metrics to management.
  • Utilize various databases and software tools for daily inventory reporting.
  • Provide detailed explanations of inventory fluctuations and perform additional duties as needed.
