Ihre Aufgaben

Leitung der Organisationseinheit Integration mit bis zu 10 internen Mitarbeitenden, bestehend aus Product Owner und Requirement Engineers Qualität der zugewiesenen Produkte-Funktionen, Produkte-Releases und die betriebliche Stabilität innerhalb des Gesamtprodukt-Portfolios für die für die Informatikunterstützung auf den bundesweiten Supportprozessen Beschaffung, Logistik und Immobilien verantworten Mit den Leistungserbringer/innen, den Business Owner/innen, den Unternehmens- und Lösungsarchitekt/innen zusammenarbeiten, um die erarbeiteten Product Visionen und Roadmap im Betrieb umzusetzen Finanzielle Führung des Gesamtportfolios mit dem Fokus auf der Optimierung der Betriebskosten und des Lizenzbedarfes verantworten und die dafür notwendigen Vereinbarungen mit den Leistungserbringer/innen verhandeln Innovationsideen und Funktionsänderungen prüfen und mit dem Team die Fachabteilungen sowie die Business Owner/innen im Rahmen von Projekten/Vorhaben beraten

Ihr Profil

Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor oder Master) oder gleichwerte Ausbildung in den Bereichen Informatik und agilen Vorhabensmethodiken Nachgewiesene mehrjährige Erfahrung in Informatik im Bereich der Integration von Anwendungen unterschiedlicher Hersteller, vorzugsweise in der Beratung und beim Leistungserbringer, als Product Owner/in Profunde Erfahrung in der Rolle als Product Owner/in und der agilen Methodik; ergänzt gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse Gute aktive Kenntnisse mindestens einer zweiten Amtssprache, passive Kenntnisse einer dritten Amtssprache und gute Kenntnisse des Englischen
