Deine Aufgaben

Alle immobilienrelevanten Anliegen im strategischen und operativen Facility Management, die fachlich unterstellten Rollen sowie die entsprechenden Prozesse, Aufgaben und den Ressourceneinsatz im eigenen Portefeuille steuern und koordinieren Konzepte auf Stufe Areal, Gebäude oder Anlage strategiegerecht erarbeiten, aktualisieren und deren Umsetzung steuern Das planungs- und baubegleitende FM sicherstellen, die Kosten und den Nutzen über den Lebensweg der Immobilien optimieren und das Datenmanagement im Portefeuille organisieren (SAP, GIS, BIM) Externe Partner in den Bereichen Architektur und Ingenieurswesen für die eigene Gesamtleistung im Portefeuille beschaffen, budgetieren, beauftragen und führen In interdisziplinären Arbeits- und Projektgruppen mitarbeiten

Dein Profil

Hochschulabschluss MSc oder BSc (z.B. Bauingenieur, Architekt oder Facility Management) oder Immobilienfachperson mit adäquater Weiterbildung auf Stufe MAS mit Erfahrung Fundierte Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Facility Management und/oder im Immobilienmanagement Konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, wirtschaftliches und analytisches Denken und Handeln, Affinität für Digitalisierung Beauftragungs- und Führungskompetenz sowie ausgesprochene organisatorische Fähigkeiten Du verfügst über mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse einer zweiten Amtssprache
