**Youre Good At**

* You make regular inspections of restaurants to observe the quality of food preparation and service; food appearance; and cleanliness and sanitation of production and service areas/equipment; and employee appearance.

* You conduct line checks/tasks list and sanitize walk-throughs utilizing Ecosure food safety programs.

* You oversee product purchasing and manage the culinary budget.

* You drive a culture of building sales through great execution and building profits by focusing on the details.

* You love to motivate your team through praise and recognition.

* You ensure teammates have the proper tools to succeed.

* You are familiar with ordering/inventory processing and payroll.

* You can identify talent within and outside of the restaurant.

* You like hiring, developing, evaluating and performance management of the culinary team.

* You like maintaining a budgeted food cost & daily/weekly inventory levels.

* You like creating teammates schedules while adhering to forecasting and budgeting guidelines.

**About Lazy Dog**

Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar is a family-run group of restaurants based out of Southern California. Established in 2003, we have quickly grown throughout the country. We will continue to grow 25% annually. With our expansion, we are creating incredible potential for growth for all positions.
