Our client is looking for a Global Helpdesk Support Specialist to join their team. Your main job will be to help customers by fixing their issues managing support tickets and escalating tougher problems when needed. Youll communicate with customers through calls emails IM and inperson meetings. Youll also work on improving helpdesk tools and processes to make things run smoother and faster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fix customer issues manage support tickets and escalate complex problems.
- Keep in touch with customers through various communication channels.
- Improve tools and processes to make the helpdesk more efficient.
- Document processes to help the team respond faster.
- Work closely with a global team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in customer support with a focus on excellent service.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in a customerfocused environment.
- Skills in troubleshooting and repairing desktops laptops and related hardware.
- Proven ability to create clear procedures and documentation.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- B2 or higher level in English.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong focus on providing great customer experiences.
- Commitment to improving processes and efficiency.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Friendly and approachable attitude.
- Knowledge of Mac OS X Windows 7 and Linux is a plus.
- A/ACMT/ACA Certifications are a bonus but not required.
