AECOM has a position open for a Solar Engineer to support our growing Energy Business.
We are looking for an up-and-coming leader with a solar PV design and power engineering background to promote our skills to new clients and maintain our existing client base. Qualified candidates will have a strong background in solar engineering coupled with experience leading tasks on projects. The successful candidate is expected to be a detail oriented, experienced engineer who can make decisions independently under the guidance of senior staff. The focus of experience must be in the energy industry associated with solar engineering and design and their interconnection and distribution systems.
Experience with battery energy storage and/or wind power is a plus. It is an excellent career opportunity for an engineer with a strong technical background and looking to grow into an engineering leadership role.
For this role, AECOM offers the freedom and flexibility to be located at a variety of Energy offices in multiple locations across the United States and remotely.
