TRAVEL AND RELOCATION EXPENSES WILL NOT BE AUTHORIZED. ANY RELOCATION EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH REPORTING FOR DUTY WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELECTED EMPLOYEE.

Duties

Perform administrative duties and serve as the point of contact for the Natural Resources office in the coordination of meetings, schedules, conferences, hearings, trainings, special projects, and other key organizational activities. Maintain office automation correspondence tracking systems. Provide input and review all correspondence and documents to ensure that position, policies, and direction is accurately stated, and all information is properly coordinated. Receive and process all incoming in-coming and out-going correspondence and data. Responsible for all financial documents such as travel, training, purchase orders, print orders, and supplies. Ensure that incoming mail is properly received and routed, retaining that which can be answered personally by reference to policies, precedents, or knowledge of office practices. Responsible for the preparation of a variety of correspondence and documents, such as letters, requisitions, purchase orders, travel authorizations, and reports. Perform or assist with a variety of assignments involving gathering data, analysis, and development of responses to inquiries.
