Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing social media strategies creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our online presence and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Posting: Manage the scheduling and posting of social media content across all platforms.
  • Community Management: Monitor social media channels for comments messages and mentions and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content is consistent with the company's brand voice style and messaging.
  • Engagement: Assist in developing strategies to increase follower engagement and drive traffic to the company website.
  • Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications:
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer).
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics Facebook Insights).
