Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team in a hybrid position. This unique opportunity offers the flexibility of remote work combined with in-office collaboration, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance while making meaningful contributions to our firm's success.
Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to personal injury, employment disputes, contract disputes, and general civil litigation matters. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations. Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process. Collaborate effectively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction. Stay abreast of legal developments, trends, and best practices in civil litigation.Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the California State Bar in good standing. Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing civil litigation, preferably in a reputable law firm setting. Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in legal research and writing. Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.Benefits:
