Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Nursing. In this crucial role you will oversee the daily clinical operations of our agency ensuring that our clients receive toplevel care that prioritizes their safety comfort and overall wellbeing. You will be responsible for supporting and supervising our clinical staff including training and development while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily clinical operations ensuring that the highest standards of care are delivered to clients
• Complete new admissions recertifications discharges and other clinical documentation in accordance with state and ACHC compliance standards
• Supervise and provide ongoing training and education to clinical staff ensuring that they are wellequipped to deliver excellent care
• Maintain compliance with Medicare Medicaid ACHC and other regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and client outcomes
• Serve as the main point of contact for clinical staff and provide support in handling complex cases or emergencies
• Develop and manage clinical policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of the agency
• Participate in the contingency plan and share on call responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to support the overall success of the organization

Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered license as NP or RN in the state of Colorado; a Baccalaureate degree is preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in home health care and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience
• Demonstrated ability to supervise coordinate and direct clinical personnel
• Knowledge of business management Medicare and Medicaid and ACHC requirements is preferred
• BLS certified
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills including the ability to market and relate tactfully with clients and other members of the community
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements
