*Job Responsibilities: * *Medication Administration*: Carry out and verify medication orders, noting changes in residents' conditions and reporting to MD as appropriate.

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transferring, promoting their independence and dignity.

* *Clinical Leadership:
  • Utilize effective communication and leadership skills to ensure high-quality care.

* *Observation & Documentation:
  • Maintain thorough electronic medical records, ensuring accurate documentation of resident care and observations.

* *Physical Requirements:
