About the Opening
You‘ll have an opportunity to practice or gain skills in performing medical eye care. You‘ll also work with an ophthalmic technician to perform measurements, record patient history, and aid in refraction if desired.
Full-time schedule of 40 hours during standard business hours from Monday - Friday; the practice is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
The potential exists for future practice partnership and ownership, including the opportunity to purchase the building in addition to the practice if desired and mutually agreeable.

Other Subspecialty Services:
The practice specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology and optometry. The practice utilizes state-of-the-art technology, including autorefractors, Heidelberg retinal tomographer and HRT disc scanning, corneal topographer, Humphrey visual field analyzer, Lenstar, Haag-Streit slit lamps, remote-control chart projectors, and Compulink EMR.
Minimum Qualifications Include:
- O.D., ability to be licensed in Oregon
- Consistent and efficient documentation skills
- Ethical approach to patient care and billing
About the Office:
The practice opened in 2001 and has grown to offer the largest selection of high-quality frames, lenses, and contact lenses in the state. The practice specializes in complete medical, surgical, and routine eye care and offers laser treatments, multifocal lens implants, diabetic eye care, oculoplastic surgery, and minimally invasive no-stitch cataract surgery.
