Description du poste :

Chaque Resort compte plusieurs restaurants et bars, évènementiels ou plus intimistes, au service de notre offre Premium All Inclusive. Ces espaces permettent une reconnexion entre convives et rythment chaque temps fort de la journée. Du buffet au restaurant bistronomique, en passant par le bar à thème ou la cave de dégustation, vous évoluerez dans un environnement à multiples facettes. Notre offre raffinée s’articule autour de 5 piliers : créer des expériences mémorables, surprendre grâce à une multitude d’espaces de restauration conceptuels, œuvrer au bien-être de chacun (y compris du vôtre), jouer sur les émotions et les sens à travers la mise en scène, le tout dans une ambiance fun et décontractée.

 

Vous allez
- Garantir la qualité de la prestation Food & Beverage, la mise en place et le respect des standards par les services de son périmètre (cuisine, bar, restaurant, stewarding, conseiller en vin)
- Veiller à la conformité de l’offre proposée aux clients (parcours clients, personnalisation, réclamations…) par rapport aux standards du Club Med
- Décliner les objectifs budgétaires, mettre en œuvre les plans d’actions pour s’assurer de la réalisation des objectifs fixés
- Manager vos équipes, encadrer et accompagner vos équipes dans un objectif de développement et d’atteintes des résultats, qualitatifs et quantitatifs
- Vous assurer du respect des procédures juridiques et commerciales de ventes en village et de leur appropriation par vos équipes
- Garantir la qualité des prestations, le respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité Club Med ainsi que l’entretien du patrimoine
