We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plaintiffs Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating on behalf of injured individuals and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in personal injury law.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies. Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations and arbitrations. Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and options.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law. Strong litigation skills and experience handling all stages of litigation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
