ABOUT THE ROLE:
Mercy Health is looking for an exceptional Physiotherapist (Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 Grade 3 equivalent) with experience in the aged care sector to join our team at Our Lady Mercy Place Harris Park.
33 hours per week with flexibility to increase
Permanent Fixed Term Contract (18 months) with view for extension Located at Mercy Place Harris Park, Sydney IN THIS ROLE:
You will use your clinical expertise and skills to provide highly responsive person-centred care including:
You will form an integral part of the multidisciplinary team and apply effective communication skills to participate in planning for resident care, service development and quality improvement. Oversee Allied Health Assistants, where required.
ABOUT YOU:
Recognised tertiary qualification and current full Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in Residential Aged Care Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to ongoing professional development Professional written, oral and verbal communication skills, including computer literacy Current National Police Check Certificate Current Driver’s Licence, if role involves working across multiple sites.ABOUT US:
