For our international client with extensive experience in the renewable energy industry, we are recruiting an experienced Engineer for the Wind department.

Your key responsibility will be to support the development, impementation, and technical operational management of wind farm projects across various European markets. 

The client in looking for a person who will work remotely but is willing to travel to the sites as needed. 

Scope of responsibilities: 
  • Conducting and evaluating energy yield assessments, soil studies, and other technical analyses necessary for project development.
  • Reviewing wind farm layouts, Bills of Quantities, and conceptual designs for civil and electrical aspects.
  • Overseeing and evaluating the company's wind measurement program, collaborating closely with wind and energy yield assessment experts.
  • Compiling monthly meteorological mast reports.
  • Participating in procurement activities, including tendering of main components; compiling Requests for Proposals; analysing offers; negotiating supply and service contracts.
  • Cooperating with the Financial Department by providing technical information for financial simulations and supporting Due Diligence.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Master’s in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Ecological Engineering).
  • At least 5 years of experience in the wind energy sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, WindPRO, WASP, CFD modeling, and basic CAD.
  • Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
