We are looking for passionate and dedicated individual to join our Nephrology team. This is a Part Time, fixed term position, working 64 hours per fortnight with potential to extend, based at The Royal Melbourne Hospital City Campus
Your new role:
Utilise specialised social work skills and knowledge to ensure excellence in Nephrology patient management Provide quality care to Nephrology patients at various stages of their health care continuum including dialysis, renal supportive care and transplantation Work with a dynamic and experienced renal social work teamAbout You:
