Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Yoga Trainers to join our team and lead desk yoga sessions for our corporate clients. The ideal candidates will have a passion for yoga and wellness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt yoga practices to a corporate environment. This role involves conducting virtual and on-site desk yoga sessions designed to help employees alleviate stress, improve posture, and increase overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and effective desk yoga sessions for corporate clients, both virtually and on-site.
- Develop customized desk yoga routines that are suitable for office settings and accommodate various fitness levels.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure participants can follow along easily.
- Educate participants on the benefits of desk yoga and proper techniques to avoid injury.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages employee participation and engagement.
- Assess the needs of corporate clients and tailor sessions to address specific wellness goals and challenges.
- Collect feedback from participants and adjust sessions as needed to enhance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Rootally AI team to continuously improve and innovate our wellness offerings.
Requirements:
- Certified Yoga Instructor with a recognized certification
- Proven experience in conducting yoga sessions, preferably in a corporate or desk yoga setting.
- Strong understanding of desk yoga techniques and their benefits for office workers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead virtual sessions effectively using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Flexibility to conduct sessions at various times to accommodate different client schedules.
- Passion for promoting health and well-being in a corporate environment.
- Ability to travel to client locations if required.
