How You’ll Make an Impact as a Managing Director:

The Managing Director (MD) is responsible for the effective management and profitable growth of one or more Profit Centers within an assigned area or territory. The MD maintains and builds a business model which provides consultant/contract and permanent placement resources to clients. Responsibilities include:

  1. Create and execute plans to achieve financial targets.
  2. Maintain and build client base through consistent sales, marketing, and customer service efforts.
  3. Manage office operations in keeping with established guidelines and budgets.
  4. Establish and reinforce processes to ensure a qualified database of consultant resources.
  5. Effectively use systems and applications to maintain and grow the business.
  6. Create/maintain clear expectations for all staff members.
  7. Evaluate, coach, develop, and hold staff members accountable to identified expectations.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints from customers or consultants/temporary staff.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring with you:

  1. Bachelor‘s degree or 7 years of equivalent experience required.
  2. 7 years of demonstrated managerial experience.
  3. 7 years experience in sales/business development in a service industry.
  4. 3-5 years in full life-cycle recruitment.
  5. In-depth knowledge of one IT vertical.
  6. Business results oriented.
  7. Analysis and Decision-making skills.
  8. Teamwork skills.
  9. Communication and Presentation skills.
  10. Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
