Qualifications :
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience required in a fastpaced highend bar or luxury property and/or substantial food and beverage experience in a high volume capacity
- Operational knowledge and proficiency in Point of Sale system an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment while working cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
