Duties & Responsibilities: This is a bargaining unit position.Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) Services on CAT and non-CAT equipment in the field.Services primarily include the changing of compartment fluids, filters, grease and similar related items on machinery.Scheduled period of work will be swing shift.Must be willing to work overtime or weekends if needed.Must be able to drive safely and obey all traffic laws.Use computer, smartphone and other technology for customer and dealer communication.Perform electronic inspections on all scheduled PM Services.Must be knowledgeable with basic machine functions, maintenance and operation.Parts ordering as required per job.*Drug test will be performed prior to employmentRequired Qualifications: Is Always Safe and Safety Oriented and will abide by Wheeler Safety Programs.Has Integrity.Has a good work ethic.Has a good attitude. Is a Self-starter.Ability to work well with customers and co-workers as a team.Provide own tools to perform services.Must have or be willing to obtain MSHA certification.Must have a clean MVR (motor vehicle report).Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Services on heavy construction equipment.Good computer and organizational skills.
