We're searching for individuals with vibrant personalities and exceptional organizational skills to greet customers with a warm smile and assist them through their service journey. As an Advisor Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our customers' satisfaction by performing vehicle walk-arounds, collecting basic information, and introducing them to their service advisors. Additionally, you'll handle administrative tasks and provide valuable support to our service team. We're seeking motivated individuals who prioritize customer service and embody our commitment to excellence with every interaction. Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner as they arrive at the dealership.
  • Perform thorough vehicle walk-arounds, noting any visible damage or issues and documenting them accurately.
  • Collect basic information from customers and assist with check-in procedures for service appointments.
  • Introduce customers to their service advisors and facilitate communication between customers and advisors throughout the service process.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and filing paperwork.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the service lane area, ensuring a positive experience for customers at all times.
