We are a Denver-based interior design firm dedicated to creating exceptional environments specifically for Seniors, Active Adults, and those aged 55+. Our team consists of creative, ambitious individuals who are passionate about the people we work with and the transformative impact of our designs.

Position: Revit Design Specialist & Technical Interior Designer

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Revit and BIM (Required)
  • Experience in Hospitality, Senior Living, or Healthcare Design
  • Experience with project management and construction administration
  • Strong drafting, detailing, and graphic presentation skills
  • Visual aid/3-D rendering skills (preferred but not required)
  • Proficient in writing specifications for finishes and FF&E
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in a small entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints with attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel locally and nationally as needed
