Automotive TechnicianAudi ManhattanHiring All LevelsNo Audi Experience NecessaryPaid Manufacturer TrainingSigning Bonus AvailableSummary: Responsible for identifying necessary vehicle service and performing the repair, service, and/or maintenance work.Responsibilities include the following:Examining customer vehicles.Identifying necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.Estimating cost of repairs.Performing vehicle repairs and maintenance.Documenting services performed.Performing services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.Following dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.Requesting necessary parts.Maintaining CSI (Customer Service Index) at or above Company standardsMaintaining an organized, clean and safe work areaParticipating in required trainingRecording all hours worked accurately in Company timekeeping system Following all Safeguards rules and regulations.Demonstrating the Company's Core ValuesCompling with Company policies and proceduresObserving all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.Other duties as assignedQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to learn parts department computer inventory and ordering system.Communication Skills:Ability to understand and following instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.Verbal and Writing Ability:Ability to comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
