Location: Jersey City, NJ

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex architectural solutions using Java 11, Spring Boot & AWS.
• Oversee the implementation of AWS Cloud services to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the architectural integrity of solutions by conducting regular code reviews and performance assessments.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance system capabilities.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across projects.
• Implement best practices for cloud computing, focusing on AWS Cloud Compute services.
• Provide strategic direction for technology investments, aligning them with business goals and objectives.
• Ensure robust security measures are in place, protecting sensitive data and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural solutions into existing systems.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience
• Experience in Java 11 or 17, Spring Boot 3, AWS
• Strong understanding and working experience of REST API, 12-factor microservice principles
• Hands-on experience in Angular 11+
• Exposure to CSS, HTML5, Java Script
• Good understanding of different types of testing and their importance
• How CICD works (what is green/blue or canary deployment)
