Position Summary:

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis forecasting and reporting to support the companys financial objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills proficiency in financial modeling and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare and present financial reports including variance analysis budgeting forecasting and financial performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions including cash flow analysis profitability analysis and investment evaluations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
  • Support the finance team in monthend and yearend closing activities including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Conduct adhoc analysis and special projects as required by management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends economic conditions and best practices in financial analysis.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in financial analysis financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and financial modeling techniques.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems SAP Oracle Hyperion.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
  • Experience in Agriculture or Manufacture is a plus.
