Executive Jet Support is a dynamic highly respected and growing aviation company based in Wiltshire. We have a large client base of airlines MROs and brokers across a variety of widebody narrow body and regional markets across the globe. Our business has enjoyed strong and continued growth year on year. To assist and develop our longterm growth plans we are seeking applicants preferably with a proven background in a head of sales role. This role will be HQ based be part of the executive management team and will lead currently a 20 strong sales team with a variety of aviation experience across multiple aircraft platforms mentoring developing coaching and nurturing the sales team with a cohesive and structured approach to our services offered. We value excellent interpersonal skills drive determination innovation and the ability to seek out new trading opportunities. The role will require external sales visits and attendance at marketing events and trade shows. We value excellent communication skills to help maintain and develop key relationships across multiple countries and cultures. Experience in the aviation industry is not required as the emphasis for this role is a strong and proven sales leadership capability in an international context.

About the Role:

We are looking for an engaging and energetic sales leader to head up our enthusiastic sales team with significant opportunities to grow. As the Head of Sales you will embed the EJS Sales mindset across the organization represent the sales area within the EJS Leadership Team collect and analyse sales data to create sales plans forecasts and KPIs engage and motivate the sales teams lead recruitment of new sales team members take responsibility for annual performance reviews succession planning talent management and employee engagement across the wider sales team be visible in the aviation network developing business opportunities and responding to feedback and regularly interact with and visit key customers.

  • Collect and analyse sales data to create sales plans forecasts and KPIs

  • Be visible in the aviation network developing business opportunities and responding to feedback
