Trust Officer’s duties: Frequently interacting with team members on client management and service issues, and will work as an integral member of the Trust Services Group team.

  • Complex estate planning
  • UHNW experience is a plus
  • Professionally interact with Clients and Sr. Attorneys
  • Be proactive in account management for client satisfaction
  • Communicate with beneficiaries and co-trustees to outline administrative procedures
  • Opening and closing of trust accounts
  • Respond to requests from beneficiaries for discretionary distributions
  • Perform additional special projects, as needed


The desired candidate will possess the following:

  • Years experience 5-7 years preferred
  • No JD required
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Robust understanding of personal trust
  • No business development required
