Responsibilities:

  • Perform general accounting duties including but not limited to bookkeeping financial statement preparation and monthend/yearend closing activities of multiple accounts
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records including accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and general ledger entries of multiple accounts
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports statements and budgets for management review for multiple accounts
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions of multiple accounts
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Preparation and Issuance of Invoices.
  • Setting up of subscriptions on Stripe and Square.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and review financial transactions expenses and revenues to identify costsaving opportunities and potential risks of multiple accounts
  • Stay updated with accounting principles standards and industry trends to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Ad hoc tasks from the client.

Requirements:

  • CPA Not required but is a Plus
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and general accounting tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles practices and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online (and other accounting software) and MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in Square and Stripe platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Solid analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Amenable to work Monday through Friday 8 AM 5 PM US Pacific Time Zone(PST)
