Job Description:
Radford University’s School of Computing and Information Sciences seeks qualified applicants with expertise teaching undergraduate Computer Science courses for a one-year temporary faculty appointment during the 9-month academic year beginning in Fall 2024. Candidates are expected to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.

Ability to teach foundational Computer Science courses such as networking, security, operating systems, and architecture Ability to teach online courses with existing pre-developed learning material Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience teaching Computer Science courses. Experience teaching different types of learners at different levels with a variety of teaching methods Ability to (learn to) teach effectively in one or more additional areas, particularly: cloud computing, data engineering, database management, web development, or software engineering and testing.
