Position:
Registered Nurse Pediatrics Oncology

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate care to pediatric oncology patients focusing on accessibility for all especially the poor and vulnerable.
  • Apply specialized training to deliver worldclass health with human connection.
  • Work the night shift (36 hours weekly) and adapt to various nursing tasks as needed.
  • Thrive in a culture of patientfocused wholeperson care built on understanding commitment and mutual respect.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider PALS American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year of nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Certification in area of specialty is preferred upon hire unless otherwise indicated.
  • APHON certification.
  • 2 years inpatient acute care pediatric experience.
