We are searching for an experienced Project Manager for a full-service construction company in Buffalo, NY. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from design through to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality from design to construction completion.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate project bidding, contract awards, and ensure adherence to construction schedules.
- Manage change orders, submittals, and RFIs, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Monitor project safety, ensuring compliance with both company and client safety programs.
- Lead project meetings with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment on progress.
- Anticipate and address project challenges, including unforeseen conditions or design changes.
- Ensure all inspections, code compliance, and final approvals are secured.
- Supervise administrative tasks and project closeout procedures.
❗Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of commercial construction experience, including 4 years in project management.
- OSHA 30-hour certification.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Suretrack, and project management software.
