WHAT YOU’LL DOApply tax knowledge to intermediate level flow-through returns and all levels of individual returnsWork effectively in analyzing business transactionsPerform complete & efficient reviews of individual and business tax returns while providing guidance to other staffGather data from client, A&A department, and third party sourcesPerform tax research with view for alternatives to satisfy client’s objectivesResolve all open items/issues encountered on assigned engagementsDirect and control concurrent assignments to successful completionBottom-line management of assigned engagements and individual productivity opportunitiesTeach, develop and oversee staff through engagements; delegate assignments and tasksProvide honest, objective and constructive feedback in timely manner to staffCollaborate to identify and sell opportunities among existing clientsServe as a mentor and role model through active participation in firm committees, departmental matters and eventsWHAT YOU’LL NEEDBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance2+ years of recent public accounting experienceCPA certification or significant progress towards certificationAbility to prepare and/or review complete set of financial statementsStrong oral and written communication skillsEffective analytical and problem-solving abilityStrong time and work management skills
