Key Responsibilities:

- Crafting essential legal documents such as Judicial Council Forms, Pleadings, and Motions with precision and expertise.

- Directing Discovery processes effectively to gather crucial case information.

- Acting as a liaison with clients, insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators to ensure clear communication and strategic case management.

- Representing clients effectively in court appearances for various legal matters.

- Contributing your expertise to facilitate team growth and success.

Qualifications :

- Active State Bar license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Workers Compensation Law.

- Proven ability to manage complex Workers Compensation cases from start to finish.

- A proactive, results-driven approach with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in legal research tools and software for efficient case preparation and representation.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive compensation ranging from $82,000 to $192,000, commensurate with experience.
