Key Responsibilities:
- Programming Mastery: Develop from scratch the PLC HMI and robot programming for custom equipment ensuring each project is a unique masterpiece.
- Innovative Electrical Design: Use your expertise in AutoCAD Electrical to design comprehensive automation systems. Your creations will encompass power distribution safety circuits I/O controls communication systems and detailed panel layouts.
- Technical Calculations: Apply your knowledge to calculate panel SCCR power ratings and FLA for optimal panel performance.
- HandsOn Assembly Direction: Take charge during the electrical assembly of equipment ensuring precision and quality.
- Equipment Configuration and Testing: Prepare our groundbreaking equipment for customer reviews by configuring debugging and testing on the shop floor.
- Customer Interaction: Lead the customer runoff on the shop floor showcasing our innovative solutions.
- Installation Leadership: Direct the electrical assembly with expertise during the crucial installation phase.
- Project Completion: Champion the startup process at customer sites and drive the project across the finish line.
- Budget and Time Management: Skillfully manage your projects to stay within budget and meet deadlines.
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering field or over 5 years of relevant and impactful work experience in a similar role.
