Licensed Aesthetician

We are currently seeking an experienced aesthetician with a full clientele to join our team at Stellar Medical Aesthetics. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a range of aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing, tinting, lash lifts, and other skincare treatments. Additionally, the candidate must possess a strong willingness to learn new procedures and protocols, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field. This position will also provide the opportunity to work with Laser, RF Micro Needling, and IPL technology after initial onboarding with in house training by our physician lead medical team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, dermaplaning, and waxing.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills by staying updated on new procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working commission.
- Must have an active aesthetician license in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an aesthetician, with a proven track record of success.
- Must have a full clientele.
- Proficiency in performing chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing, tinting, and lash lifts.
- Strong eagerness to learn new procedures and protocols including laser, RF Microneedling and IPL treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
