Shareholder Derivative Litigation Associate (Philadelphia, PA)


Experience level: Class of '23; or Attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience.


Compensation: Compensation consists of market rate base salary and quantitative performance bonuses throughout the year as well as a discretionary year-end bonus. Bonus structure provides substantial upside potential for an aggressive, ambitious lawyer. Full benefits package.

Prominent national plaintiffs' firm specializing in securities class actions and complex shareholder litigation seeks a new graduate or an associate with 0 to 5 years of litigation experience for its Jenkintown, PA office. We are one of the leading plaintiffs’ securities class actions firms in the nation, having been recognized by courts and peers alike. Our busy practice provides younger attorneys with significant responsibilities in the handling of our cases.


The ideal candidate will have the following skill set and qualities:
