Regional Vice President, HVAC Sales

PremiStar is searching for an experienced Regional Vice President, HVAC direct to owner sales located in Texas or Georgia to lead our technical solutions sales teams in our South region. The mission is to continue to further develop the sales culture, grow, and manage sales force in the region. This Sales Leader will need to have the proven experience in HVAC Service with the ability to see how sales and operations work together to create a winning service sales culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven and successful sales management record with a thorough knowledge and demonstrated achievement and success in a high-ticket service sales industry.The Service Sales Leader has responsibility for achieving Regional Bookings goals, contributing to the revenue growth and profitability of the region. Key to Regional success is development and ownership of the execution of core services go to market strategies supporting Organic Service Growth in all Regional Business Units.Responsibilities:Lead the Sales Team to drive business by executing sales strategies to achieve profitability, growth, and market penetration.Support Business Unit Sales teams through development of Sales acumen and implementation of proven Sales process management through all phases of selling.Oversee the Pipeline forecasting process to drive accurate projections based on the latest information available.Direct, recruit, and lead the sales team with focus on continuous improvement and quota achievement.Develop, establish, and execute sales plans and targets for short- and long-term objectives for the region.Develop and direct the b2b sales team in new business development and account growth by selling various HVAC Service Agreement solutions to commercial facility building owners in the local markets throughout the entire Region.Support and guide staff during the sales process - from start to finish.Work closely with the Region President and General Managers, to help drive resultsManage financial sales reports, annual planning, and quarterly forecasting.Accompany sales representatives on customer appointments to drive sales when required.Assist sales staff in building financial and life cycle analyses to quantify value from the customer's perspective and generate and deliver impactful proposals that lead to signed contracts.Develop standardized Sales CollateralOther responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.15+years of experience as a Sales Leader in the Service industry, including management of sales staff.Ability to effectively lead influence and inspire a team of indirect reports throughout a Region.Technical aptitude on HVAC service agreements and offerings including full coverage agreements is required.Passionate about leading and developing others to be successful.Previously lead Sales transformation and training initiatives within an organization is preferredDemonstrated record of success in selling value of services or other intangible business offerings to end-users.Natural "hunter" sales mentality, goal driven and self-motivated.Self-disciplined, results driven, or accustomed to winning sales awards through consistent high performance is desired.Proven success in financial acumen and experience selling business solutions to building owners or C-Level strongly preferred.Ability to generate and deliver presentations to board and C level executivesExcellent verbal and written communication skills a must.Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Power Point, and Salesforce (or other CRM).Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.This position is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
