Volt is immediately hiring Batcher Helper for a food production company in Fullerton, CA
This client is one of the top food production companies in Orange County and is a great opportunity for the right candidates.
We have multiple openings on 1st and 2nd shifts with potential overtime. These positions are full time temp-to-hire and you can start immediately
As a Batcher Helper you will:
  • Record ingredients used, temperature, test results, etc.
  • Follow recipes for production of food products & mix ingredients using a paddle or agitator
  • Set up & operate equipment to cook, mix, blend, & process ingredients
  • Clean & sterilize
  • Measure & weigh ingredients
  • Observe gauges & thermometers


The ideal Batcher Helper will have:
  • Non-slip safety shoes/boots
  • No make up, jewelry including facial piercings, nails or nail polish
  • Previous experience handling food (preferred)
  • Need to have great attention to detail

Additional PPE will be provide for the candidates. Hair net, Hard hat, safety glasses, lab coat.
This is a full time opportunity. Must work OT as needed.
1st shift- 6am-2:30pm
2nd shift- 3pm-11:30pm
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
