Total Rewards Specialist
The Role:
We are looking for our next Total Rewards Specialist within our Human Resources. The Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible for managing, validating and ensuring compliance for multiple Total Rewards programs, including benefits and compensation. This role will also lead the administration process of all international and domestic mobility initiatives. This role primarily services the United States but will have intermittent responsibilities across Canada, Brazil and Mexico and a partnership with colleagues in France. You will be involved in many high visibility projects such as annual process planning and execution, vendor management, internal audit and project management as well as and internal communications.
This position can be located in our Geneva or Philadelphia Offices

What You‘ll Do:
- Perform quality, utilization and accuracy checks of compensation related systems data on a set cadence; prepare documented summaries for review by C&B Manager and escalates issues as needed.
- Participate in annual processes such as compensation audits, equity analyses, salary band review, budgeting exercises, market data evaluations and committee presentations.
- Assist in addressing and answering employee inquiries and questions via Roquette mailboxes such as the benefits and mobility mailboxes.
- Work in partnership with other departments such as Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Legal to effectively answer inquiries, prepare reporting and/or problem-solve issues as needed.
- Foster productive, efficient and cost-effective partnerships with vendors and manage vendor contracts.
- Manage the compliance calendar for the Americas region
- Maintain employee handbooks and other HR policies by coordinating input from appropriate stakeholders and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Respond to internal audit requests and implement appropriate action plans based on findings.
- Manage and implement compliance-related processes and policies as requested and in partnership with COEs (e.g. Offer Letter templates, Termination, Severance documents)
- Review mandatory and non-mandatory training programs for compliance with relevant laws.
- Identifies discrepancies and risks, then prepares reports, presenting and explaining findings and recommended corrective measures.
- Partners with stakeholders and responsible parties to implement recommended corrective measures to resolve problems and any noncompliance.
- File appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies.
- Direct the development or implementation of HR compliance-related policies and procedures throughout the organization.
- Manage all aspects of end-to-end mobility process, both international and domestic, including new hires and existing employees who require immigration support.
- Serve as subject matter expert and consultant to employees, candidates, Talent Acquisition, HR team and other key stakeholders on all mobility-related matters.
- Design and implement mobility and immigration processes in partnership with global stakeholders including Finance and Purchasing.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flows.
- Provide detailed Mobility reporting and analysis on a regular basis to HR leadership team and other stakeholders.
- Manage the VIE French international internship program in partnership with global team.
- Contribute to annual Y+1 budgeting process as budget lead for expatriate labor costs and external services; monitor and manage associated costs throughout the year.
- Manage vendor relationship with all mobility vendors, including immigration attorneys, relocation services, tax consultants, and destination services.
- Work in tandem with purchasing and payroll groups to ensure timely and accurate payment of mobility related invoices.
What You‘ll Need:
Education:
- Bachelor‘s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Total Rewards related administration required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance
- Experience with Mobility/Immigration preferred but not required
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time Hybrid position with at least 2 days a week on-site
Business Travel:
- Willingness to travel for business purposes, with a minimum of 10% travel required.
