Renowned for innovation quality and customer satisfaction we are expanding our team to include a motivated and experienced Fragrance Application Executive to drive the development of innovative applications for our products in the food industry.
Responsibilities:

• Product Application Development: Develop and optimize the use of Flavaromas products in food applications ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on market trends customer preferences and industry developments. Conduct research to identify new opportunities for product applications.
• Customer Collaboration: Work with customers to understand their needs for fragrance applications in food products. Provide technical support and guidance to ensure successful integration of our products.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D Marketing and Sales teams to align application development with business strategies. Ensure effective communication to meet project goals.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of development processes including formulations and testing procedures. Provide regular reports on project progress achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Food Science Chemistry or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Demonstrated experience of 23 years in application development within the food industry. Indepth knowledge of food science flavor applications and industry regulations. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with both internal teams and external customers. Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges with a resultsoriented mindset. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and participate in relevant training and development opportunities. Compensation: Competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications.
