WA Country Health Service are looking to appoint an Assistant in Nursing - Homesafe

HomeSafe is a hospitalization avoidance program providing the right care, in the right place, at the right time. The role of AIN is to provide care for patients in their homes under the guidance and supervision of clinical nurses. 

The Assistant in Nursing is responsible for delivery of care within the scope of the duties of the AIN and under the supervision and delegation of a Nurse. The Assistant in Nursing (AIN) is responsible for the delivery of the delegated care in a safe and person-centred approach, in collaboration with patients, their families and nurses.
