As a Homemaker / Companion, you will provide long-term care for the elderly by assisting them with daily activities.

Essential Functions:

Performs personal care activities which includes but is not limited to, assisting the patient with activities of daily living such as:

· Assisting with ambulation and transfers (Gait belt and Hoyer Lift),
· Meal and snack preparation,
· Assisting with dressing and grooming,
· Accompanies patient to errands or medical appointments,
· Medication reminders,
· Light housekeeping activities.
