CT / X Ray Technician (Radiology)

SE Texas ER & Hospital is a specialty hospital and emergency room that utilizes the same cutting edge equipment and technology found in a modern hospital ER, including bedside ultrasound, digital radiology, CT scan, and a comprehensive clinical laboratory.

The CT/X-Ray Technologist responsible for assessing patients and safely preforming routine radiographic procedures in accordance with prescribed safety procedures and protocols and has certification in Radiography. In addition, the technologist has been trained successfully and registered in the additional modality and performs the following duties.

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in ER Hospital Setting
  • 1 year experience in each modality
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent to a 2-year college or technical school; and one-year related experience
  • Certificates and Licenses: ARRT and BLS American Heart Association.
  • Multi-modality Technologist requires certification in two (2) or more of the following modalities: Radiology (X-Ray), Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasound (US), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) or completed of cross-training program in that modality (Preferred)
